Laptop help please

Is this good value for money if I could get it for ?430 and does anything think I could get better for less? I basically need a laptop rather than a PC and it needs to be able to stream internet to my tv and store photos etc.
I'd much rather spend ?100 less though.
HELP ME. I know nothing about stupid computers.
