...most of the below, like the Frank Wilson track you enjoyed, are termed 'Oldies'. Which means they're all well known in the Northern Soul scene so as and when they're played at a club night everyone is more than a bit familiar with em. Having said that I've never heard the Frank Wilson track played by a DJ probably because it costs upwards of ?25k to buy an original in mint condition it's that rare...

That said you can buy all of the below on 7" vinyl either as reissues or on CD comps. A reissue 7" costs upwards of about ?5.99 + P&P, but as stated the originals can go for silly money. However, that's not the case for all original records as some are less desirable to own than others because they're not as rare, not as popular a song, on a mainstream record label and so on...

Anyway, on the subject of the moosic itself: if you like some of the following great, if you don't, that's fine - all about opinions innit?..
