I don't particularly rate him but I also don't think he will take us down; not this season anyway. Getting rid of him now would be very strange timing with under a week of the transfer window left and whilst he is meeting his mandate of keeping us out of the bottom three.
Also, a sacking now would possibly discourage other managers from joining us. So I say: keep him until the end of the season or just before if we are already safe by then. Give the new gaffer a chance to see the players in action in a couple of competitive games before the summer break.
