there's a bit of confusion here

I think 35 is the highest anyone has actually stayed up with but there have been several seasons where you could have stayed up with less.

i.e. if the lowest surviving team got 35 but the best relegated team got 31, then theoretically 32 points would have kept you up (even if no-one actually finished with that number)
