Not a bad idea. If you wanted to go one further, and pleasantly create a simple impression

Get some of these, or some similar but pleasant coloured ones

Say you've been away recently and this is what you came back with, and offer them round, offer them the choice of colours

Then you did something nice, and it's not edible, there's a bit of you on everyone's desk. You've marked your territory with a nice, but understated gesture
