Redknapp was actually paid by Mandaric to go to Soton, take them down, and then return to Portsmouth to 'rescue' them from the Perrin mess, which was obviously just a mess created to make Harry look even better. Soton sink under Lowe/Woodward, and Portsmouth are the South Coast Kings.
