The players have been largely criticised of late for lack of effort and cohesion. If one man throw's his toys out of the pram and gets his way, then it encourages anarchy within.

I think the board have this spot on. You're under contract, you have a season to complete, you need to pull your f**king fingers out, and you'll do what you're bloody told.

All that said, I don't blame Wes for wanting out.
