Agree, our squad is not as good as a lot of fans seem to think

certainly no better than teams like West Brom, West Ham, Fulham etc.

I could only see Fer going on to become a regular starter at a top ten club in the next few years. Possibly Hooper or RvW if they hit a run of form. Doubt even Ruddy would be first choice for any of the teams currently in the top 10.
