Money is there hence failed 8.3 million bid for defender. Just as per previous windows it's a tough time to do deals and the majority of deals that do get done are late in the window.

Not seen a great deal of business anywhere really?

Obviously a loan deal such as Jonas is easier to get over the line than permanent transfers with associated agent fees, signing on fees and competition etc
