This is a results based business......based on those......

CH did a great job last season.
So Im not sure its a long term complaint.

This season, obviously not so much.

The way some of you go on its like CH is an abject failure and McNally is an idiot.

We are 15th.....probably below where we want to be but hardly terminal.

McNally set targets for CH and he has met them so far......

Based on results we are not doing great but we are also not doing badly (bottom 3)

The style of play and lack of tactics are totally separate issues which you would probably find I totally agree with you on.
Im not convinced that CH is the man to take us forward.

I am totally convinced he was the right man when appointed to give us stability and keep us in the division while we cleared our debts and the new TV deal kicked in.

I think the board will do the right thing, they are in a tricky spot.
