O'Leary and Souness

Both under no illusions that, unless things start picking up IMMEDIATELY for their teams, they will be out of a job.

I really hope Munby or Doncaster gives Ellis or Sheppard a ring, tells then they have to "keep the faith" as they're "all in it together" bla bla bla, I'm sure the wisdom of their words will hit home and both O'Leary and Souness will be given ample time and money to continue their own brand of unpopular and failing management.
