I would say "complete failure of a manager" is both harsh and untrue,

Just trying to debunk the myths that get thrown around on here.

Trollope and Calderwood have average records, nothing more, nothing less. Both have won promotions as a manager, both have suffered bad times however I do agree there is nothing to suggest they should be involved with a top ten Premier League club.

I spoke to a Rovers fan about Trollope and he said he was actually a very, very good coach but wasn't strong enough to be a manager.
