wow, do football fans really have such short attention spans thesedays??? He has certainly had some bad games recently but he was our best player for the first few months before Tettey and the Howson got injured, and we switched to a 2 striker formation which meant he and his fellow central midfielders were outnumbered nearly every game. Plus he is only 20, and 3 goals from defensive midfield in half a season is a pretty good return.
