Stood by him but unfortunately there reaches a point when clearly it isn't going to work. Unfortunately I've yet to see a manager with a prolonged poor record turn into a successful one. What I hope is that if we are going to make a change it's done now. If not the more time lost could be critical and especially if you wish the new manager to spend in the transfer window. I fear that if we stumble on, hopefully with a win on Saturday, we 'll probably just be papering over the cracks but a change then wouldn't be made.
