Don't understand this anti-Malky stuff at all. I think it's mad actually

He'd be a perfectly sensible, reasonable choice,. His record is very good, never mind that he knows the club inside out and leads by inspiring others.

Would he be my first choice? No: I'd be looking abroad. But this idea that he's Hughton v2.0 is ridiculous. In football, you can only piss with the cock you've got - and given what he had at Cardiff, he did great there. He's only their most successful manager since the 1920s for God's sake.

Could folk explain why they're so anti him yet rushed pretty much to a man to acclaim Hughton's appointment? Could they also explain why they were anti the suggestion of Poyet way back before Sunderland nabbed him? The rest of football seemed perfectly aware of Poyet's talents; folk on here thought he wasn't worth bothering with!
