His stubbornness in playing a very fat grant holt

up front on his own against fulham in his first match was a huge alarm bell for me. He has been stubborn in everything, the changes that worked were forced on him by injury.
How could he play Holt in that shape? Only if he was wedded to the idea that Holt was the man, regardless. Totally different from Lambo who dropped holt and bollocked him in a heartbeat for lack of professionalism
