That's not delusional, it's just football.

Most football games are decided by tiny margins, and it doesn't take a large stretch of the imagination to see things going very differently from virtually the same events (even that pretty dire Fulham home game, if Hooper had scored that very presentable chance at 1-0 up we'd very probably have gone on to win - as it is is he didn't and we went on to lose and looked a bit crap, but it could easily have been different)
