I think maybe the whole point is long term strategy, we have to be different to

all the rest, that may mean sticking with a Manager and coaching team that will be here for lets say 10-years, it may mean bringing youngsters through which looks as if that could now be happening. Norwich City a stable environment for players & coaching staff to come too. Debt free an investment in the most talented players all over the world but equally well we can sign fairly big players. I am not saying that's my opinion but our Board have a longer term strategy and will not destroy the long term by breaking apart the short term. I don't think it's about the here and now, but that's what you and I probably care about mostly. All of that maybe bulls**t though just a thought.
