really hope this is not the case

this is not the kind of signing we need. 30 year old foreigner on huge wages who has had his best days.

He is a defensive winger who adds nothing going forward and has very little pace. He is not going to aid our impoternce going forward.

If we sign him I will obviously support him and hope he turns our season around however i fear he will add little other than more defensive minded dull football. He will have no resale value so effectively dead money.

Would much prefer a Tom Ince. Young, hungry, pacey attacking winger with the best years ahead of him who will have a resale value.
