I've tended toward keeping the manager but the trouble is

that eventually something has to be done to try and change the whole impetus of the club particularly when Carrow Road isn't exactly supportive at present. Something needs to be done to try to get the whole club moving forward and usually that means an iconic signing or a new manager.
