ell doesn't. He's as bad as McCleish & Houllier. For 2 seasons now we've been suffering at the hands of his inept footballing brain and terrible, yet insulting post match comments.

I would've had a joint management team in of ex-villa players, maybe John Gregory and sid cowans or David platt. This man PL is just about as stubborn and out-of-his-depth as it gets.
