on player value, that a swap might be more beneficial to both clubs. I know the Hoolahan situation is somewhat fluid,
but when a buying club unsettles a player with an extremely low bid, seems like the better solution rather than accept low cash would be to negotiate a transfer swap of players to the selling club. Seems like this is rarely done. All theoretical I know, but Villa have some reportedly very promising younger
players that I would rather have than 1.5 million. Win, win for both clubs. Having said all that, obviously better to keep Wes.
