yeah, I agree we could do with someone more vocal

the problem is that a leader who is also a good enough player to get in the team, is probably already a key player at another team, so difficult to sign.

It seems all our 'leaders' at the moment (Ruddy, Bassong, Martin, Howson) tend to lead by example rather than shouting and being vocal on the pitch. Perhaps one of them will grow into the role more.
