but... i'm so wary of taking meds though so haven't gone down that route. i'm a **** though and still persist on bench pressing etc and working out so have only myself to blame. the thing is that when i ease off on the training the pain increases. it's really holding me back though and that's what is getting me down but if i stop i will get fat and that's the killer.
