I don't want a complete sea change is style

Just a change in mentality, belief and a bit more positivity. It's very fine margins at this level. Inspired tactics/managerial decisions can gain you points you dont really deserve and/or change tight games and turn 1 point into 3. I do not see Hughton doing that.
