It's my 'role' to support. It's the board's 'role' to deal with it.

Even if I do think they're doing a terrible job, I'll still support them whilst they're the manager of my football club.

To me it's weird that one wouldn't do that, as ultimately it's harming the club.

It smacks of agendas, trolling or throwing toys out of prams to not support anyone connected to the football club, unless they're wilfully harming it.

If I want my opinion to carry any further weight regarding the hiring or firing, I'll join the board.
