Holt kicked up a fuss with no apparent offer on the table, handed in a transfer request, demanded a pay rise, played s**t the following season and now seems to have gone into semi-retirement.

Hoolahan, as far as we know so far, has missed a cup game through injury. Given how he has conducted himself in his time at Norwich - having been shown the cold shoulder by several managers - it's unlikely he would do the same as Holt.
