I am sure you have all seen that the details of Nigel Worthington's contract have been released. I hope this clears up the fact that the board are not retaining the manager for purely financial reasons.

Indeed, the recent signing of three players on loan indicates that the board is still fully behind the manager. The board believes that Nigel is the right man for the job, principally becuase he has the experience of turining a team around from the position that Norwich City Football Club currently finds itself in.

Continuity is key for the continued success of this football club and, rest assured, that the board is determined to ensure this.
