You'd think that the club have transfer targets already.......& not be watching dvd's

Hoots quoted saying "I expect to be busy with phone calls and watching plenty of DVDs, but we will only do anything if it?s right or within our structure".

Didn't he let slip last weekend that he'd not spoken to the board about transfer targets?

Maybe I'm being too pessimistic. That said, I think Hoots was very disappointed not to get Quags in the summer - & I can see why.
