To be completely fair

his impotence from the touchline is hardly 'the slightest thing' which has been dug out. It's a glaring, obvious failing which marks him out as grossly inferior to other managers. Many criticisms levelled at any manager are matters of opinion; Hughton's poor record at changing games via subs/tactical restructuring etc is just fact.
