I think what's probably happened here, is Llallana has seen the likes of bigger clubs and bigger players like Terry complete hound an official, and as captain, feels he has a voice

He's probably never really said anything to an official but felt he had a right, especially as it was a blatent handball

Clattenburg in the incident not only has got it wrong, but given it back to a player he can get away with saying it to, rather than the bigger players he's probably afraid to
