Your belief that Hughton has no belief in Youth....very incorrect I know pretty much by fact that he ensures he knows every youth players first name quite a way down, takes time out to speak with them and the 1st team coaches spend a lot if time with them under Hughtons instructions. It's a case of whatever he does it's wrong to some.
