missed the chamakh thing - was it a blatant violent act?

the fer sending off - read some reports which said it was a straight red, but thought the ref showed the 2nd yellow first. can anyone confirm?

not sure today was the day to play wes - would have suited elmander more perhaps. he looked pretty useful, if not exactly pretty, when he came on.
