Paella, My Way

So, chicken thighs marinated in lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and olive oil over night then fried off; chorizo then fried off in the same fat; red onions, peppers lightly caramelised in the same fat too, then tomatoes added, then the rice, then the meats back in, an hour for the rice to cook in the stock I made the other day, then add prawns, squid and mussels, warm through and top with freshly chopped parsley and quartered lemons.

I'll be back for the game, assuming it's on...
