If you have an old PC then try using that attached to your TV before buying a new PC.

Download XBMC (which is free) and add some add-ons from XMBChub (also free). You will be really amazed at what it can do.

Logitech K400 Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard is supposed to be good as it has a touchpad so no need for a mouse.

You can also use a mobile phone as a remote control for XMBC.

What you need is:

- An old PC (that can be connected to your TV)
- Set the PC desktop resolution to 1920?1080 (which is full HD)
- Install XBMC + add-on's on the PC
- Logitech K400 Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard
- Pair of homeplugs (so that you can do fast streaming to your PC/TV).
