Absolutely. I love the description of him as a Last on MotD manager. And completely agree re it being harder than people suggest to find a good manager.
But only thing I don't really get is the last point - which seems to be the clincher for AB. I don't really see why having a nice bloke as a manager is any big deal. Indeed, when I think of who have been the successful managers at most clubs over the years, I doubt that many of them were particularly nice blokes.
I'd much rather we were good with a nasty bastard in charge than the opposites.
