I've been out. There are lots of men walking around wearing shorts. Is this in vogue this

winter? I mean, OK it's not snowing, but it's damn sodding parky. Not sports shorts, like they'd just come from the sportshall - just normal shorts, and in the case of one of them, beach shorts. Fashion? Or weird Taffs?
