I am a vociferous 'outer' but

I honestly don't think that holding that view merits some of the abuse I have received on here.

I am a season ticket holder (350 mile round trip, incidentally) and a fan for 43 years, and I have always tried to justify my opinions fairly and sensibly. I also respect Hughton as a exceptional amongst those in his trade for his manners and demeanour.

To be called a c***, a scummer and a bedwetter is a tad harsh, I feel.
