Yeah!!! criticise your players in public. That's the best motivation for them.

After all, that's what that nice Mr Di Canio did, and look how well his team are flying up the league.

Alternatively, keep what needs saying to the players behind closed doors, and ignore Football Manager players who seen to think they need to know everything that goes on in a club.
