Parking today

For Sunday or evening matches I normally park on single yellows near the Trafford Arms cos you can do that sort of thing.
However I'm not sure if you can on a bank holiday such as like what it is today. Any experts of local parking regulations know if its ok or not? (The sign just says Mon to Sat 8.00am to 6.00pm, I think)
