that we got only 25 pts from our remaining 25 games, while Man U managed a trifling 46.

Our fabulous remainder-of-the-season featured:
only three league wins from jan 1 to season-end
losing at Ipswich (pts that, effectively, kept them up)
and losing at home to (relegated) Sheff U
