Sky TV help

My sky + HD box is playing up.

Has lost all the sound on the HD channels and all sound on the film channels (non HD channels) included.

I take it that would be the box packing up rather than the TV playing up?

Any advice?

Check to make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in all the way on both devices.

switch it off at the mains and leave it for about 1 minute
