Yeah, start a new playlist in the folder view on the left, then search for tracks and drag

them from the main area on the right onto that new playlist. And once the playlist is shared you ought to be able to get a link from Spotify to the playlist itself. Post that link, and then it'll open it spoitfy right from the browser when clicked on.
