I totally agree, he should not quit......wasnt really my point.

My point is he is giving it the big one about staying loyal to the club and wanting to stay but rumours are flying that he would except a payoff if offered.......in other words he is looking to leave if he gets paid off rather than genuinely looking to stay in the job.

And frankly who can blame him. Totally s**t on for doing a decent job.
He probably feels he needs to be at a more stable club.

If he is sacked now he will look like the good guy and have no problem walking into another high paying job.
