He seems to have no problem using subs if we are behind.

Maybe the reason we are behind in games is we didnt use enough subs in games where we wernt behind?

I thinks hoots has done great in most areas but I personally feel he needs to be more pro-active than reactive.
I worry that running certain players into the ground is dangerous especially when he hasnt show much willingness to rotate squad player in and out.
