A real man can admit weaknesses and isn't afraid to ask for help

A real man deals with these kind of issues without the embarrassment of feeling like a pussy (as in O1D's case and pants' advice etc)

A pussy on the other hand is someone who thinks it's "man" enough to mock someone (as described above) who tackles problems face-on without fear of feeling inadequate in any way shape or form

I think it's pretty clear which of the two types need the most help imo tbh....
