Does it affect your vision?

I've had some recent experiences of severe lack of vision whilst driving at night. Its actually been a progressive thing and if I knew I had to drive say 200 miles tomorrow night I would be trying to find an alternative.

My Mrs diagnosed this a long time ago, but I've only recently conceded to myself that its an anxiety issue.
