Pretty much everything.

You saw that someone was offering advice based in experience of such issues. You saw that it was pants. You decided to mock (his) mental issues whatever you have decided they may be. You have trivialised the subject. You have shown your utter utter ignorance in the subject. You are implicitly tarring any others on the site who may have similar issues with the same brush - telling them to simply 'man up'.

Either you are still living in the Seventies, or you really are a horribly vindictive person.
