I was really disappointed with Hoots use of the subs yesterday

Letting Snodgrass go the full 90 seemed crazy with a game on Thursday........then he runs Elmander to the 77 minute when he should have brought on RvW earlier.

Every other manager is looking to make changes at around the 60 minute mark for good reason.

Its even more unfathomable when we have so many games coming up in a short space of time.
