Is it a Lambert or a Hughton game?

Lambert - puff pastry top. Looks appealing, almost flamboyant on top but once you dig in underneath it's pretty much all air and now substance, and even worse, has very little 'pastry' to back it up below the frontline, if any

Or a Hughton. Solid, shortcrust, looks boring and colourless. But as you work slowly through it from back to front you get a reassuringly filling texture. Not to be eaten quickly (or on the counter attack).
